my geckos throat????

Please help with this question umm is it normal for a gecko to have a throat like sort of like a frog? her throat looks like its swollen and she breathes alot and it looks like soft a little but shes only like 2months old so idk what it is, shes also like dragged her back leg a little but shell walk fine but i'm just not sure, like i put her on floor and she like slipped a little but went on it just sort of looks like shes starting to get sick....

one of my geckos has a rather large throat and i think that its normal because she never seems to be in any pain and she eats well not so sure about the leg tho

a large throat usually just means its a male but if your sure its female then idk
