Nate, your average pet store anole is a wild-caught lizard that is riddled with parasites and often not healthy, even if it looks healthy.
it is a very bad idea to buy one and just add it to another animal's cage for this reason.
also, Leos and anoles need VERY different habitats. you would have to have a much, much larger cage in order to give them both what they need, assuming they won't fight.
I would very much encourage you to read some caresheets and dig through the threads already posted. you will find many answers to questions you are going to have (as the same questions come up for almost everyone).
also, a "cheap" reptile is almost always a mistake. save your pennies, do your homework, go to a reliable breeder and not a pet store.
