Leaf tailed gecko stool

Recently found this in my geckos terrarium. Any idea what it is?. Sorry if the photo is a little grainy

Hi there ~
Could this be a piece of shed skin?
Could the reddish area towards the middle of the white stuff be blood?

PS:
Any feces pictured does not seem distinguishable from the substrate.

Hey Elizabeth. Thanks for getting back to me.Yes the mid section appears to be bloody almost like an intestine. Both ends appear to be similar in shape… Somewhat triangular. Also there were no feces. I just assumed that it came out of his back end(found it on his favorite log). He wasn’t shedding at the time.
