What are these strange bugs in my Leopard Gecko's terrarium?

Hi everybody. I was refilling my Leopard Gecko's water today, and was horrified to find some mold growing under her water bowl. Along with the mold were hundreds of these tiny bugs. I use Josh's Frogs Coco Select for her substrate. Can someone tell me if these are dangerous bugs? I think they might be springtails, which are "good." If they are good, is it a good idea to keep them? Or should I sterilize her tank with vinegar and start over.

Additionally, there's these little white specks I found in the dirt under her water bowl. Are those their eggs? I'm terrified!

They look like springtails to me. Don't worry about them. If you have a bioactive enclosure, there's going to be a bunch of . . . bioactivity! I get mushrooms in some of my bioactive enclosures (though I don't eat them).
