First off I have an amazing looking mack snow that I got off of craigslist with 2 other Leopard Geckos, and it was very skinny and wasnt eating then today I seen that he ate about 10 mealworms but then later he threw them up, could anyone tell me what I could do to help him out a little?

google "gecko slurry recipe", and be ready to spend about $30 on ingredients. Except the mealworms, the other ingredients will keep awhile, if you need more than one batch.

I would also say, if he keeps throwing up, find a good herp vet.
Maybe call around for one now, just-in-case?

This is his first time throwing up and he is quarantined and the leos that he was in with before are fine, so I dont think It could be parasites but is it possible?
As for the vet I did find a one that treats reptiles and I will try the recipe tomorrow I have looked it up before, but if hes not better I will take him to a vet. What all could the vet do though?
Also have you had any experience with I think its called eating enhancer?

If he's thrown up only once, it may be that he was so hungry he overdid it. I would give him another chance at the live feeders because that's preferable, if he can tolerate it, to the slurry. If he continues to throw up, there is definitely a problem. In that case, switch to the slurry so he can get some calories and produce a fecal sample and contact a vet ASAP.

Aliza is right, I forgot, I once had a new leo overeat and after a few minutes, she flung her head back and forth and out came spewing dead mealworms...it was pretty gross, but harmless. Aliza has pretty sound advice, IMO.

I have never heard of eating enhancer, but I am suspicious of anything with the word "enhancer" in it. What's in the stuff?? It sounds like it might be a premade vitamin-mineral slurry type thing; if that's the case, I would humbly suggest that the homemade slurry would probably work better and cost less ounce-for-ounce.

Keep us updated on how your leo is doing! Good luck.
