Hey guys! I've been lurking around here for about a week now and I finally decided to join to get some good, solid feedback for caring for my leopard gecko. I haven't yet sexed it but I've just taken to calling it "him" -- I've named him Randall
And if I find that "he" is a "she", well a renaming is in order! Hahah. I do believe he's a Tremper Albino. He'll be a handsome little guy, I think
I just got my leo today from a friend. I love animals of all kinds and am very excited to have this adorable little friend in my home and learn more about reptiles in the process (though I'm sure my mom might disagree! xD) while I'm here at GU!
As for my other pets, I have two cats, Binx and Gypsy. I used to live in Northwest Indiana, until I moved to Northern Wisconsin two years ago. I am a senior in high school and plan to go to Montana State University to pursue a degree in Biology, with a focus on Conservation Biology and Ecology, and furthermore go to grad school to recieve a Wildlife Biologist certification. Basically, living in the rainforest for a few years following and studying an endangered species is my dream job
Some of my hobbies and interests include drawing, hiking, reading, listening to music, yoga, tree-hugging, travel, tea, and animals of course
I've always had an interest in horses too, actually, and have always wanted to learn riding and how to care for them... but that's a suppressed dream, hahaha. So there's a bit about me! Hope to get to know some of you!
