Feeding dish questions

Hello! So i am a bit confused about my feeding dishes i provide for my geckos and just need some clarification. Should i have a water dish, calcium dish, AND food dish or should i let the food (mealworms/crickets) run freely??? Thanks!

A small bottlecap for the pure calcium carbonate will suffice.
