Really big armpit bubble? Please help!!

My 1 year old leo Cinnamon has had small armpit bubbles for a while now. I used to give her a lot of calcium during her feedings but cut down when the bubbles appeared. I've heard many different explanations for why they develop but from what I understood they were mostly harmless. Lately her bubbles (or boobs as I have taken to nicknaming them, lol) have gotten way bigger. Is this cause for concern that I should pop into the vet for her? Or is it an issue that isn't a big deal and can be dealt with by dietary changes? For reference she eats Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and gets 3 large crickets (I fed her 1 for every inch of her body when I was giving her medium crickets but the large ones are all I have been able to get at my local pet shops) I'll attach a picture below of the bigger of Cimin's boobs. Thanks in advance!!!

Please share the exact supplements you're using: brand, name, and frequency.
  1. Which exact product do you use for dusting?
  2. How heavily or lightly have you been dusting?
  3. Do these lumps feel hard or squishy?
  4. Do you also keep any supplement in Cinnamon's vivarium for free access?
  5. Please share a full body picture.

I alternate dusting with Fluker's Repta Calcium w D3 and ZooMed Reptivite. Since developing her lumps I only dust once a week, not too heavily or lightly but just enough to coat her crickets. She doesn't have a calcium dish in her viv anymore either since getting her lumps. They're quite squishy, she doesn't even seem to mind when I lightly press on them to check.
