Has anyone ever heard their gecko make clicking noises?

Well I wake up at 5-6 am for school, but today we have no school. So I wake up and take a peek at my geckos. My baby leos were out and about till I peaked in and they froze! Unfortunetly my older leo has become lazy and sleeps all day and night. Only comes out to thermoregulate drink water and eat.
