sunglow x RAPTOR?

I would say it's worth trying. I see lots of hybinos/sunglows het and possible het for Raptor for sale. You can most likely expect some jungle/striped, reverse striped, and even some hybinos/sunglows 100% het Raptor.

The whole "het Raptor" is kind of a touchy subject with some since there's multiple traits that make up an Raptor. Well we bred a het Raptor to a Raptor. Out of 8 eggs we got 4 Raptors and 4 hets. So I'd say from my experience the hets are for real and the odds were pretty darn even to.

All these fancy morph names need to be "deconstructed" into the traits they possess (assuming the names you have for them are correct):
Sunglow het Raptor: super hypo, Tremper albino, with a gene for eclipse and a gene for stripe (the stripe gene can get you anything on the stripe spectrum including aberrant, jungle, stripe, reverse stripe, patternless stripe)

Aptor het Raptor: patternless stripe, Tremper albino with a gene for eclipse

All the offspring will be albino. They will have a range of spotting from some to none. Some may be banded, but most will probably have striping anywhere on the stripe spectrum (see above). The ones that get the eclipse gene from both parents will be eclipses (and if they're also patternless stripe you could call them Raptors). The others will have a 66% chance of being het for eclipse.

When you look at each trait, rather than the fancy names, it becomes more obvious what you're going to get.
