Hey Everyone,

It's been a little while since I've posted so I thought I would share these pics. I thought they were pretty cool. It is interesting how all of them differ in their degree of pattern, spotting and eye coloration. Hope everyone is doing well!

I agree with you, these shots are very cool. How are you doing that?
I still have problems to take some shots only with two animals at the same time.;-)

Hi Derek, Excellent pics!

Is it possible that the ones with greatly reduced pattern are a hybrid between S. s. spinigerus and S. s. inornatus?

Thanks for the the nice replies everyone. They are one of my favorite strophurus for sure.

Sunny - I took these pictures during the day so they weren't that active but I also think that it was a lot of luck to get these shots off without them jumping around.

Justin - I don't think the lightly patterned one is a hybrid but just an unually patterned one. I am sure there is much variation with this species in the wild but I guess you never know!
