For Super Snows one parent needs to be a Super Snow, or both parents can be Snows. You could do any of the following: SS het albino x SS het Albino, or MS albino x MS albino, or MS het albino x MS het albino.
From Scratch: MS x Albino, for 50% MS het albino, then breed two of the MS het albinos for SS, MS, Albinos, MS Albinos, and SS Albinos; I don't know the percentages but I imagine someone can figure it out.. There could be more ways to get Bell Super Snows too.
Oh and to answer your question, yes, I think. With those combos you stated, I don't think you will get any SSBA's the 1st generation-most likely just MS albinos and albinos. Both parents would need to have at least one copy of the Snow gene, and at least one of the albino gene, to produce any SSA's.
