please and thank you.
Oh and I got rocks from the local beach, and just incorporated it into the set up. You can see a piece of wood for the top of the other hide. Just so it's more sturdy.
All of that is half of a 20gal long. The directions say only 1 1/2 cups water (or something like that) but I kept putting more in until the whole mixture was the consistency of clay. Before it felt like you had to pack it down to get it to stick. I probably added about 1 cup extra slowly as I mixed it with my hands.
GiGi's more photogenic. ;] I love that you can see her personality through her pictures.
I want to buy GiGi a little barbie sized pillow. So she can stop using rocks as pillows. Lol.
GiGi's half and half.
If you TOUCH her strawberry hide (bought in the hamster section. Lol.) she will CHARGE at you full speed hissing like "oh no you just didn't!!!". It's ridiculously cute. I always tell my visitors to touch her strawberry. I tell them that she'll walk over and lick them. Lol! When they see her start to run, they freak out.
Given, I may have a new visitor once a month, so we don't stress her out too much. Haha. But since the new clay, she's been sleeping on that side. She's never spent a night out of her strawberry since she was 3 weeks old. When I continue the clay to the other side, I don't know how to incorporate her strawberry. Lol.
