any idea what this lump is just behind front legs but she's got them on both side of body, can't get hold of vets.

Fat pockets. Just put her on a bit of a diet

They are not fat pockets, they are calcium pockets. Just don't dust with calcium for a few days and they'll go away. They don't mean anything at all except excess calcium. =]
