I got my first amyae and levis yesterday! Yay! I'll start with some pics first:
Both of them ate already; I was shocked at how fast they strike the prey (is it ok if they ingest some sand while striking?)! I have a problem though, some roaches seem to go hide in the wood as soon as I put them in the cage. The knobtails can't get to them and the roaches won't come back out at all. They freak out if I pick up the wood to retrieve the roach. Any tips on how to do it?
Another thing is, the levis male waves his tail alot, he kept on waving his tail while pacing around his tank. Is this normal when they're still settling in?
