A few minutes after handling, i see one of my geckos standing on his to hind legs on the glass scratching it looking like he wants to get out. what should I do, im afraid this could be a problem.

Just leave him alone. It's not bad, he just wants back out. A few of mine do that and right now I can hear my Mack Snow Ghost het Bell scratching the side of his tub in the rack. He does it almost 24/7.

some of my geckos do that all the time, even without any handling.
i think trying to escape is a gecko's favorite past time, aside from sleeping. LOL!

A few of mine do the same, maybe put something in there to stimulate them like something to climb over. Their very curious so new items can peak their interest.

I agree that leos need things to keep them busy. Mine also get 'whiny' when I don't handle them and let them out to walk around enough.

Some females also do that before they lay their eggs, they go ballistic climb things and dig.

yea my mack snow goes ballistic before she lays, she takes all of the moss out of her humid hide and spreads it though out the tank... its starting to get annoying!

lol yeah they all pretty much do that, if you want to stop her from doing that put a hole in the top of the humid hide/Laying box instead of the side.

i spoil mine so they have a humid hide and a lay box....they dont use the humid hide for anything not even for shedding. would it affect her if next time i clean the tank i dont make a humid hide and only have a lay box?

I'd leave it in there you can't watch them 24/7 so they could be using it and you wouldn't know it. If your humid hide is on the cool side place it on the warm side, mine wouldn't use it before.. now they live in it lol (drys out faster now though).
