Lastnight I bought 9 leos from a girl who's ex fiance bought many reptiles at her expense and left her and the animals so i got the 9 leos,55 gallon,2 rubbermaid containers. I was told there was a tangerine female, sunglow female, hypo snow female, stripe male, jungle(not sure what sex), and a couple unknowns but some others appear to also have a thin stripe also. this is what I think is a sun glow or tangerine

this one has big spots and behind them there is 2 purple bands

This is what I was told is the hypo snow
100_5064.jpg
This is a big male he has lots of brown spots all over
100_5056.jpg
here is the male stripe
100_5031.jpg
this is a female that also has a stripe
100_5029.jpg
here is another striped female but this one has more yellow but has a black spot on her face...not sure what it is

Please let me know what you think these are. Thanks,Brett

Without going through them one by one, here's what I can tell you:

--the tangerine is not an albino so it's a superhypo tangerine baldy, not a sunglow
--it's impossible to know if the snow is really a snow because often they change so much that the black and white color disappears
--there's a difference between a stripe, where the gecko is born with markings that run from head to tail rather than from side to side and a "dorsal stripe". All geckos have a midline that runs down their backs and in some it is more pronounced. A banded gecko can have a dorsal stripe but it isn't the same as a true stripe. To figure out whether or not your geckos are really stripes you have to look carefully and see if you can distinguish side to side bands or head to tail markings. If both the body and tail have the stripe markings it is a stripe; if it's only the body and not the tail the gecko is called "aberrent".

You may also find that the colors change as they eat and gain weight. They look a bit skinny which is no surprise based on how you said you got them.

the first is more than likely a bell albino. don't take me up for it but that's my guess, is could also be a super hypo tangerine carrot tail. the second is probably just a normal maybe a high yellow. once again that's just my judgment.

go to Category:Morphs - Leopard Gecko Wiki

its a whole lot easier than waiting for people to answer.;-) hope this helps.

Because there's black spots on it's tail, it isn't an albino.

Leopard Gecko Wiki is a great site, as for the Nieves comment, very few people work with them so they're rare, highly doubt it's Nieves.

Good luck fattening up your new geckos. :)

Thank you everyone. These are really helping. But does anyone know what the 5th pic is? I want to put him in the tank instead of the other male but I wont if I don't know what he is. Thanks

He's just a high yellow from what the photo shows. With a little dorsal stripe going on, but my normals have the same dorsal stripe.
