how old can you tell?

i was wondering i was thinking of getting a friend for my leo but dont know if my leo is male or female and i was wondering how old do they have to be to tell for sure what sex?

Yes two females can be put together.

As long as they are close to the same size, and get along together. If one is too much larger then the other it might bully the smaller one.

well that stinks for me because i was hoping to get another leo to house with the one i have now but the one i have now is only like 4 monthes old so if i get another his/her age then i wont know the sex and then it might turn in to 2 males and 1 could kill1 and then i would have wasted my money so now i JUST HAVE to wait till s/hes 6 monthes OLD!!!!:-x

unless you get them from the person who breeds them, then they could tell you what sex it is as they would know.

ya you guys are right.....but the petsmart by us gets all there geckos from a local breeder so maybe i'll ask when i go this week to get crickets:biggrin:
