Possible Causes for females fighting??? (NOT HOT FEMALES)

Hello!!

I recently did a big tank and I wanted to put my 3 females together, I put 2 of them and they get along just fine, the third I didn't want to put in right away because she was laying eggs, she is now done (after 18 eggs) and I tried to put her with the other females and she started to chase and bite the others!!!
The tank is quite big, and it has a second floor that covers most of it, so, they have a pretty large tank, with a lot of space, 13 hides in there (3 warm hides, one big moist hide, and the rest just cool normal hides), 4 tunels, 2 water dishes, etc etc,
What could be causing this female to be aggresive???? she has shared enclosure with other females before....
Any ideas???? it was the NEW girl biting the other girls who had been there before!, as soon as I placed her inside the biting and chasing began! I took her out now but I would like to have them together since I have a bunch of babies and need her other enclosure for them

I have some girls that just get randomly aggressive, and I have to put them apart. Lol. It generally happens when they're hungry and it's dinner time. Waverly will see the tongs and start biting all the females in the tank so they know she's first.

Before in that same tank I had Lylah, who was the dominant one. She'd stand on top of other females and bite them to show them she's the boss. Once I took her out that tank erupted in total chaos. Waverly, who was on the bottom of the "food chain" in there and was submissive to everyone starting to fight with Viola for the top spot. Viola's since been sold, and now it's just Waverly and Kennedy. Poor poor Kennedy. She's aggressive in nature (Lylah's evil Spawn).

I don't know if it's true or not. But I believe they have a hierarchy. After I moved Lylah out I tried to rebalance them without putting Lylah back, and the only option was to separate all of them (with the exception of Waverly and Kennedy, Kennedy's got a home to go to soon though).

I've never seen any of ours fighting but Pookie was looking pretty scratched up a while back and was hiding away a lot. I swapped a few of them around and now she's with Princess and Yoshi. Luma and Koopie are in another viv and Boo and Bowser both have viv's on their own. They all seem fine now and getting on with each other.

Leopard geckos are not communal, although we often like to think they are. They are most happy when alone. So it's not surprising to find one or two that does not play well with the others. And when they do get along in our eyes, it doesn't mean they are necessarily happy, it could just mean they are tolerating it since they really have no choice.

Having laid some eggs may have changed her mood. Or who knows, the other females may just have smelled funny. You really can't train them to get along as again, they aren't communal creatures. One thing you could try is to totally rearrange everything in the tank, wash things out so their scent goes away, and try it again. But personally if you observe such behavior, it's best to keep the aggressive female by itself. Otherwise you risk waking up one day to find a leopard gecko lost its tail or got bite marks on it.

Well, this female has lived with males and females before, the only difference is that she laid eggs this time, I would like to keep everyone separated as well, but I don't have enough vivs! She laid a bunch of eggs with resulted in a bunch of unexpected babies, and I don't trust people enough to sell them :( so, I am keeping them, and therefor I need more space, that was an unplaned mating!
