Leopard Geckos: Am I doing something wrong?

I've had my two Leos for about 3-4 months now. One loves to be held (he's on my shoulder right now, actually), and the other loathes me I swear. She is squirmish and skittish, and today she started hissing at me. I'm not doing anything different between the two. The last couple days she'll randomly squeal out and when I look in the take it appears she's yelling at air. Am I doing something wrong? Its the plain one that's closer to the camera in my profile picture.

Keep in mind that no two geckos are going to be exactly the same, so their behavior patterns and personalities are going to be different. Just try to keep increasing your exposure to that gecko and see if she'll warm up to you later on.
