Too young to lay eggs?

I have a colony of three leopard geckos and my youngest Marceline, about 8 to 10 months, looks like she may have eggs in her. She's a little petite compared to my other females. Is there anything I should be worried about? Like, will passing the eggs kill her because her hips aren't wide enough?

she's the one on the right. notice how small her hips are compared to Reptar on the left.

They can become egg bound (which is often fatal) if they become gravid at too small of size. It can also affect their long term ability to be productive breeders. Also, since her bones are still trying to grow themselves, putting the strain of having to produce eggs can cause major issues with her calcium supply. If she's too young to breed, she needs to be kept well away from males as the males don't care if she's too small or not. If she's gravid, the best thing that you can do for her is put her in her own enclosure, where she will be stress free and feed her a high quality gut loaded and well dusted diet to ensure that she doesn't crash from lack of calcium.

If you're worried about her laying eggs without benefit of a male, it doesn't happen that often. What you may be seeing (if it's about 1/4" diameter, pink and round) is ovulation which will not necessarily lead to egg-laying.
