My leopard gecko hasn't eaten, and poops weird?!

Almost all right. I am unfamiliar with the Repti-Med brand. How much D3 is in it? Petco here carries the Rep-Cal brand. You need a vitamin, plus a calcium with D3, plus pure calcium. You want to leave 100% pure calcium in the dish in the tank. Leaving the type with vitamins and D3 in the tank risks a vitamin and/or D3 overdose.

So it could be Rep-Cal's Herptivite
Rep-Cal's phosphorus-free calcium with vitamin D3
Rep-Cal's pure calcium

(Might be easier to find ZooMed's pure calcium or pure calcium from a health foods store.)

Are these leos in separate cages? Are they similar in size? Never want to have 2 males together. If the geckos are markedly different in size, the larger one might hog all the food.

Woops I meant to say rep-cal! And oh, what stores usually carry pure calcium? No there both just babies of the same size so we currently house them together. They get along just fine, and we feed them from tongs/feed them seperatly-so nobody goes without food here. Also, we believe they are both female as of now.

Oh I would but our we're short on budgets at the moment! But I'm constantly at home (summer vacation) so there's hardly ever a time where I'm not watching them. (They're in my room). They do appear to be female..no visible pours or anything of the sort?

Chicken or turkey baby food with added Repta+Boost powder is ONLY recommended as assist feeding when the gecko refuses live food. That is just a temporary food for ailing leos, NOT for baby leos.

Your leos should be eating live crickets lightly dusted as my Leo Recommendations suggest.

Chicken/turkey baby food is also recommended as a temporary food for impacted geckos . It is OK to mix in Repta+Boost powder. Nightly feedings are fine if they are young. Continue till the impactions have passed. Once my vet also recommended daily short soaks in lukewarm water as well as catlax on the lips once a day to assist in passing the impaction.

Well, I have very little information to go on. No picture of the gecko, feces or enclosure. You mention reptile carpet/ paper towels? Reptile carpet can harbor bacteria. Are you using a thermostat? Inappropriate temperatures, unsanitary conditions, stress, ect. can lead to bacterial infections. Unfortunately the fact that she came from Petco increases the possibility of potential parasites and/or infection. If it only occured once maybe waiting to see if it repeats itself would be okay. However, if she is not eating I am not sure when they next bowel movement will be. If it happens again and she continues to refuse to eat, a vet visit should follow.

I thought your gecko was seen by a vet? If she was treated, she should no longer be impacted. The problem with these hides is they do not allow them to lay and benefit from the belly heat. No heat= impaction. It would be best to use a plastic type container for a moist hide which will hold the appropriate humidity and allow easy cleaning. They should have a total of 3 hides minimum.

Well I was told by the petco workers that she was taken-and they told me that she just has a bit more to recover from..? Oh I didn't know that! Well the family is really tight on budgets now but.. will something like an old daisy sourcream cup work as a hide? And three hides? Where do I put the third?

I see. You may wish to use latex gloves and see whether you can detect anything unusual in her poop like sand, or mealworms, or crickets. If so, that could be a sign that she is passing her impaction.

Great idea about the plastic container as a hide! Turn any plastic container upside down with the lid. Carve out a little entry way. Place the dampened moss in that. This goes on the warm end of the tank.

I'll do that when she drops another one. Though it looks practically normal without poking at it-just small with a bigger amoung of urinates.(which I presume was from the moisture in the baby food?)
