Hello :)
I'm a newbie to the forum and the hobby, although I've been interested in getting a gecko for a little over a year. I finally felt comfortable in getting one and have now had my crestie for about a week, his (i think*, it's still a little early to tell) name is Mambo. Not sure of his morph, but I'll be posting pics of him and his setup later.

setup.jpg setup, lots of limbs and plants, but doesn't look as crowded irl

mambo.jpg (sorry crappy photo) This is Mambo. I don't know his morph and this picture really doesn't do him justice but I think he is an orange tiger dalmation

Hi to you & Mambo ~

A hearty welcome to Geckos Unlimited! Thanks for sharing pics of Mambo right from the geck-go.

Be sure to check out the subforum here that is devoted entirely to cresties.

(crappy cellphone pic, doesn't do him justice) :)

EDIT: just doing an edit so I don't have to post another reply, lazy hahaa :)
Mambo "fired up" (he doesn't look so plain orange when he's fired up, thinking he may be a lighter colored harlequin? idk the color change is so drastic from his fired down)

wow he really gets more visible markings when fired up! i wonder if they will get more visible when he's not fired up as well, as he gets older and changes colours... how big is he? i think he might be bigger than Loki the lil tiddler, haha

He's about 4 inches or so from snout to tail. And maybe his colors will get more intense fired down too. How is little Loki doing? :)
