Hi guys! I am new here and I really like it so far. I really want to get 2 geckos. I am just trying to convince my parents letting me have them. I have told them about them, and I even showed them a video on youtube. I have been researching geckos so I think I know about all the things to know.

Hey, I am actually considering getting a marble gecko and a tokay gecko. Can they live together in a 20 gallon?

Oh no! Please give each gecko his/her separate enclosure. It is not a good idea to mix species. Read up on the specifics in each gecko's GU forum.

No, I dont have the tank. I can get a 20 gallon though if it will be better for my gecko. My parents actually havent even said yes for I could get one. I am working on it though.

Its so hard to decide what gecko to get! lol! Leopard geckos are the easiest species to get right?

A 20 gallon LONG tank will be fine for 1 leo, even a young one. Then there will be no further upgrades. Leos can live into their 20s.

Crested geckos are easy too. They ultimately require a vertical tank, minimum 10 gallon vertical. 20 gallon vertical is nice.

Have you read my Leo Guidelines? Leos are one of the species beginners often choose. Info on cresties can be found in GU's crestie forum.
