non of them is okey. It would be best if you buy glass terrarium and atleast 60cm wide.Everything is written in top post "Caresheet".

Yeah no - I agree, neither is good for a Leo. Not only are they too small, they are not designed to be permanent homes for anything. I had a Betta fish in the second one for a bit and that was too small for him! Please review the caresheet for recommendations on proper enclosures.
 
What can be done and what should be done are entirely different things. For example once upon a time I housed all of my adult leos in a shoebox tub hatchling rack set-up after my home was flooded and the full sized racks were destroyed. The leos survived and are no worse off for the experience. But it was not optimal and far from sustainable for the long term.

Allowing room for breeding pairs to do more than just mate is better for their health than you might realize.

You will do best if you allow plenty of room as is often suggested in good care sheets.
