Rugosus breeding size/age

Hi Justin!
I'll try to reply to your pm later tonight.

Rugosus grow rather fast as only six months old animals can be half the adult size already. They can easily reach their adult size within one year, but I normally wait until they are close to 1.5 years old before I put them together for breeding. My young ones always grow a bit slower during the winter months, when temperatures are lower.
Specially females can get quite large and bulky, males are just slightly smaller. I never found the time to weigh any of my rugosus, but I can check a couple of my biggest females for you.

No problem. I'm always happy to help, when I'm not too busy.

I checked a few of my females.
My largest female (almost 2,5 years old) is huge and exactly 12,0 g.
A young adult female (almost 1,5 years old) is 9,0 g. I'll put her with a male shortly.
A subadult female (almost a year old) is 8,3 g right now. I'll most probably put her with a male this summer.
