Crestie owners, could you be so kind as to vote in a short poll and explain your choices in a quick comment below.

Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried them all yet, but I'm working my way down the list. I will be interested to see what people with more varied experience than I have to say about this!

Oh, so I forgot to explain the purpose of this poll, mainly because I have the memory of a goldfish. I am currently feeding Repashy 3.0 to my cresties and golden geckos. I'm looking to try a different kind, and looking to see what people people use with their cresties.

Hey ~

Aren't you way too young to have "the memory of a goldfish"? ;-)

I like Pangea Complete banana/papaya flavour and Clarks. The geckos just adore the Pangea and lick their bowls clean almost always. My big girl Holly licks Pangea off the cricket first before eating it:lol:

I know the polls closed. But I have used Repashy, and my geckos don't like it nearly as much as the Pangea complete diet. I have both flavors and they just pack it away.

Just curious: Do either of you have access to the actual sugar content of Repashy's, Clark's, and/or Pangea's Complete Diets? Other % ingredients would be helpful too.

I've been researching the sugar content of the diets but have had no luck finding actual % other than the crude analysis listed on the label. The search goes on….

Thanks, savannah blue.

I have used Clark's in the past, but that was before I got my crestie.

I wonder whether the different formulations of crestie diets are more popular with the cresties due to the actual flavors, the sugar contents, or a combination.

I've read that the pea protein in the new Repashy formulation has quite a different flavour from the previous versions. There are concerns that it may not be as palatable for the geckos. Also, the transition to the new food may take longer because of the difference. Whether this is due to a difference in sugar content as well, I'm not sure.
Clarks and Pangea both use dried egg white. Where they differ is that Clarks uses egg yolk while Pangea adds whey protein.
I feed my guys crickets 1-3x/week depending on age, then offer a rotation of Clarks, PFMC and Repashy/Day gecko diet, Repashy/Clarks, Repashy/PFMC. I try to sneak it in but my darlings know the difference and feeding responses go down with anything with Repashy in it.
