Hey guys new here but not to geckos, not to reptiles or any other exotic animals for that matter. I do have some new species of geckos that I may need some enlightening to and hopefully my little experience and knowledge can help some of you guys too..

To those who know me, hello and yes i belong and am still active in 20 other exotic pet related forums. I may know some of you so see yah around :p

Acpart/aliza knows me wayback from reptileforums and learned a lot about leos from her even though i wasn't keeping one back then. Saw tamara in a frog forum too. Haha nice peeps :)

Seems like FB has overtaken GU forum life in recent years. Many genus-specific groups out there.

However, GU has many genus-specific subforums. Just wish that they were more active.

Yeah a third of the forums I'm on (about 21 in total) have already become stale or dead in the past 9 months. The good news is, most FB groups focus on ad/selling, etc. Shared info on FB gets flooded so most of the relevant info still gets to be preserved in boards like these :D

Hi Neil. I want to Thankyou for your posts and comments. You, and Elizabeth, and Tamara.... Have been so helpful and supportive, not only to me.... But to other extremely new people. I myself have just begun my journey into GECKODOM..... Have saved up, and finally realised my lifelong dream. To be able to connect with other likeminded souls to ask questions, and, more importantly, to gain reassurance..... Its so special. I feel honoured to be able to be a part of something like this.......

Our pleasure. My journey into leopard gecko kingdom has just begun as well. But i've had so much mistakes, experiences and new learnings into keeping different animals that i feel could benefit geckos to some extent. I am avid skink fan but now i love geckos as well :D
