cleaning tank?

hello. so i have 20 gal. long tank with real wood inside. my two female geckos were separated because of a pin worm issue, but now that that's taken care of i want to completely disinfect my cage so i can put them together again. all i know of this is 10% bleach stuff. replays by tomorrow would be nice. thanks. (P.S. I wrought bad because I had a gecko in my hand. )

What i would do is 10% bleach and then wipe down with water and let dry 24 hours before reintroducing your geckos to the tank to let the smell air out. I dont know how to clean real wood though, you may need to bake it.

my viv is fully wooden with polycarbonate viewports .i just take the viv out someplace sunny and rinse the viv and wipe with some mouthwash and rinse again (lightly) once dry and take it in when completely dried and sunbaked

Well first of all thanks to all the comments and second I live in the American northwest and 70 degrees is rare this time of year, sun is even rarer. So what I understand is that I will take 10% Bleach than scrub with water for the unreal stuff and scrub with water then bake at 120 degrees in the oven for the drift wood. Oh and how should I go about cleaning Repti-carpet?

Be careful about multitasking with leo in hand. :) (My leo split and spent several days MIA before she was found and caught.)

10% bleach solution = 1 part bleach + 9 parts water
Rinse everything thoroughly with water. Then let everything off gas for about 24 hours before introducing the leos.

Same goes for repti-carpet. I've heard that some people put repti-carpet through the hot cycle in the washing machine. Then I'd air dry it.

Good luck with the sun. Tomorrow looks pretty good locally!

Undiluted Ammonia : Leave on surface for 20-30 minutes. Wash/Rinse Thoroughly.

Bleach, Peroxide, etc.. are broad spectrum and won't kill coccidia.

I am in the habit of using my steam cleaner.

The problem is pinworms, not coccidia. Bleach will be fine and honestly, I'd throw out the carpet and buy new stuff.
