My Leopard gecko, Arrow, Won't poop and I'm worried he Could be sick.

Below are Things about Him:

-From What I can tell he's a Baby/Juvenile
-He was bought from Petsmart
-1 Warm and 1 Cold/Moist Hide
-He's being fed every day on Mealworms that are gut loaded with Apples
-He's Very active and has Bright eyes
-He has a Pure only calcium dish in his tank
-He Lives in a 10 gallon tank
-The Room he's in, stays about 70-87 Degrees Fahrenheit
-I currently have him on Repticarpet for substrate
-Also he has a fresh bowl of water every other day

Please Help me if You know what i can do to help him, I lost two little geckos back in June because they had stick tail, and the Reptile vet gave me medicine, but it didn't work and a week later they died:cry:

I imagine the bad experience of losing the other two geckos has made you pretty worried about this one. As far as the other two go, once a gecko has gotten to the point where it has stick tail, it may be too late to save it no matter how it's treated.
With this gecko: are you sure it isn't pooping in some corner you haven't discovered yet? I can see you read the other thread about how to get your gecko to move its bowels, so try that stuff first. If the gecko is still eating and active and if the belly isn't bloated, it's probably fine.

This isn't related to his pooping, but is his moist hide on the cool side? Humidity and low temps together can make most reptiles sick

What are the temperatures within his enclosure? Most crucially the surface temps?
If he has no other heating than the ambient room temperature that is almost certainly why he is not digesting his food correctly.

So this is my experience that happened to my 3 year old Leo . He ate like a champ but never pooped , worried me so I decided to take him to an Exotic Vet . I already was bathing him in warm water and massaged his belly to loosen up anything that was possibly stuck there . That didn't help so the vet gave him enema and like magic , he pooped . (Your leo was probably on diet of just only mealworms in petsmart with nothing dusted :/ I sadly see this in petco) I changed his diet to crickets (lot softer then mealworms...) with calcium and multivitamins dusted . ( Make sure that they are gut loaded because vitamin A deficiency can be an issue and can lead up to stomatitis and "blindness") I also used a syringe to give him diluted gatorade and water to keep him hydrated and lots of baths . I suggest you take him to the vet . This can turn out to be underlying issue if the problem persist . Other then that , good luck and I hope your baby feels better . :)
