I am in the process of building a large (4' x 8' x 6' high) paludarium. It will be heavily planted, and warm and humid. I intend to put some arboreal geckos in there. I frequently see references to males of the same species fighting; but what about males of different species? I realize most people will say "don't mix species"- but mixing species is the whole point of a community setup.
I am leaning towards smaller species- flying geckos, mourning geckos, house geckos, day geckos, or some combination of these species. Yes one of my goals is to breed them.
What species would you choose for size, compatibility, etc.?
Do you think different species would fight with each other?
Do you think this enclosure is large enough for more than one male of any given species?
