I am getting my gecko today and all was set until I woke up and saw my jump start thermostat was saying my heat mat was only heated up to 68 degrees!!!! I don't know what to do.

Can you put your leo on hold?
You need a separate digital thermometer with a probe (or a temp gun) to verify the Jump Start's reading. Zoo Med makes a yellow one for about $10 that PetCo sells. Maybe your heat mat failed?
Tape both probes together.
Have your temps been 88-92*F on top of the substrate underneath the warm dry hide as measured by a digital thermometer with a probe at some point?
