Help! I don't know the sex of my crestie!

I'm trying to figure out the sex of my crestie! Right now his name is Zeus and he's about 7-8 months old and 5.71kg. If someone could help me that would be amazing! Thank you so much!

Age and weight mean nothing without photos. For example, I have 3 kids. One is 10yrs old weighs 60lbs, 12yrs old weighs 62lbs, 13yrs old weighs 90lbs. Can you tell what gender they are?
Please post photos so we can help out

Also, if your Crestie weighs 5.7kg you may have been sold a Monitor in Crestie clothing :scratchhead:

Thanks for the photos! I'm on my phone currently so I am having trouble seeing any pores to determine what sex "he" is. I have a photo that might help you though, especially since you can see him better


Kg is actually Kilograms, not grams which I'm sure you meant I was just being a little silly, but yes, water monitor is actually the first one I thought of when I saw your Crestie weighs "5.71kg" that equals out to about 12lbs for me lol

I've seen photos like this before but I can't seem to figure out the differences. I mean I see them but I can never see them on my gecko. That's why I posted on here

Please share your crestie's actual weight in grams. An up-close, in-focus, photo of the vent will help best. Do you see any hemipenal bulges on the side of the vent closest to the tail? Bulges = male.

Sexing cresties may be possible at 10 grams. It's much easier at 20 grams.

Looks male to me but that's just a guess because the pictures aren't clear enough to guarantee it.
