It's definitely an albino. I can't really tell any more than that for the following reasons:
--Since the white coloration is coming out purple in the photos, I have no way to know if the other colors are true to life, so I can't tell if the body color is orange enough to be tangerine.
--I have no way to know whether or not it's a rainwater and neither do you unless you hatched it from a known rainwater pair or you got it from a reputable breeder who says it's a rainwater.
