Considering getting one, need advice

I've been toying with the idea of getting a leo for a few days, but before I get serious about it I need some questions answered. I've researched reptile care extensively over the course of a few years, but my actual firsthand experience is very limited and I need to brush up on specific parameters for leopard geckos.

1. My biggest concern is temperature. I'm building a custom terrarium and I've taken the temperatures with the materials I'll be using ahead of time. The ambient temperature of the room is 70F, and the tile I want to use stays at 75 F, and heats to 95 F on my UTH. Are these temps safe?

2. What supplements should I use, and how should I use them? Like calcium, calcium with D3, and other vitamins. How often should I use each one? I already know how to dust crickets, I do that with my crested every so often.

3. How much floorspace would you recommend for the gecko's health and to maintain a heat gradient? I'll be building my own terrarium because it's cheaper and I can make it whatever size I want.

Thanks for any advice you give! Like I said, I'm still only thinking about doing this, because there's a lot for me to consider.

1) 75f is okay. The temperature where the UTH is shouldn't get any higher than 92f, no lower than 87f. A thermostat will help, I recommend jumpstart. Not only does it control the temperature but it also has probe with fast, accurate readings.
2) Zoo Med reptivite without d3 and repti calcium with d3 are good, but the use of calcium and vitamins depends on the one you get.
3) The standard 20 gallon is 30x12x12, so that or larger should be sufficient, in my opinion. It wouldn't hurt to provide a little more space given the opportunity.

Always nice to see someone asking questions and doing research :)
