Gecko stuck shed

I have a baby Mediterranean house gecko. She is about 2 inches long and just had her first shed a week ago. However only her head has shed. The rest of her body has not shed. How can I help her?

How about trying a Humidity Chamber? Leave something rough in the humidity box like a piece of cork bark or maybe a section of a plastic plant. If she's unable to get the shed off by herself, help with a dry q-tip.

How often are you spraying her enclosure?
