Hello, before I get into my questions I want to preface this with the fact that I am a first time owner and have only had my juvenile leopard gecko Cinnamon for 3 months this week, and also with the fact that I have anxiety and tend to overthink and catastophize, so I may be worrying over something simple. Please bare with me.
Now, to little Cinnamon. Tonight (less than a half hour ago, actually) I noticed a behavior that I've never observed in her before. Her head twitched slightly twice, then one of her legs twitched. It wasn't very severe or anything, but it was noticeable enough to worry me. I looked online to see if anyone else has seen this and got lots of articles about metabolic bone disease. However I do believe she's getting her vitamins because all her food is dusted with calcium with d3 as well as a reptile multivitamin, and she also has a calcium dish in her enclosure that she licks at. As I type this she is moving around completely normally. My big question is: Should I be worried about this behavior? Is this twitching normal or because I scared her? Or is it a sign of something worse? I really just want to know my little baby is okay
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I was very close to her tank and bumped the glass, so she might have just been scared.
