What else should I know before getting my Crested Gecko?

Hello everyone,
I've been able to obtain an 18x18x24 enclosure and I've decided to get a crestie to stock it. I think I already have a great understanding of their care as I have a day gecko who's care is very similar minus some differences in heating/lighting and humidity, and I've already researched for several months. My main questions are is there anything that is unique to Cresties that I should be aware of before having one and also how does one go about handling them and taming them? I will be purchasing a juvenile one from Josh's frogs, unless someone can point me towards a better option for a similar price.

Hi Josh ~

Often cresties are pretty "jumpy"/hyper when compared with other geckos. Covering 3 sides of your 18 x 18 x 24 with something like brown paper bags can offer more security for your new gecko.
