Hi everyone,

My 12 year old daughter Liz just got a baby high yellow leopard gecko that she named Toothless. Toothless is about four inches long head to tail and the pet shop said he/she is a few months old. Liz has kept western fence lizards before but this is her first gecko. We’ve spent the last week setting up a habitat and getting Toothless to eat regularly. The last few days we’ve been feeding him 6-8 mealworms a day and he seems to be wanting more. Otherwise everything else seems fine thus far. I can see there is a lot to learn about Leo gecko husbandry and looking for to learn from everyone here!

Welcome to Geckos Unlimited, Jerry, Liz, & Toothless! BTW, leos CAN bite.

Here's a link in my signature right on this post to the Table of Contents in my Leo Care Sheet. When you click link O, that shows a different version of that care sheet. Ask away!
