Food Aggression. Please Help!!

Hi! So I recently posted a thread about my leopard gecko that I found in my house after 3 months.
She is gaining weight and is doing well.
My only concern with her is that she is starting to strike at anything that enters her tank, including my hand, food, the tongs and anything else that isn’t a cave. I’m pretty sure it’s because of food but I’m not sure.
Please Help!!

I don't know whether this makes sense. For ~3 months Echo was dependent upon any food & water she could find. Now she's getting everything she needs to grow & flourish. Being satiated is a much more comfortable feeling, indeed.

Echo sees you as the food-bearer. Live food moves & is tasty. Have you experimented using some food dish for her bugs & worms? What insects & worms do you feed her?

It seems like she will settle down in the future, but I can't promise
