Report based off of The Autecology of Rhacodactylus auriculatus: A Natural History Study of Gargoyle Geckos (2007) by Joshua P. Snyder
Study took place in Parc Provincial de la Rivière Bleue from June 22nd to August 4th, 2004, which is the cool (and dry) season of New Caledonia. This has implications on both diet and activity. 102 captures were recorded, represented by 88 specimens. Of these 88, 6 were recaptured once, and 4 were recaptured twice.
