Kudos to Smithsonian's National Zoo vets Dr. Laci Taylor, Dr. James Steeil, & vet oncologist Dr. Conor McNeill for discovering & treating this 4-year-old Henkel's leaf-tailed gecko's squamous cell carcinoma with chemotherapy in March 2025. As of April 2025, one month later, this gecko is thriving!
I wonder whether there have been any updates???

30 June 2025 update:
This morning I phoned the Smithsonian National Zoo for an update on this gecko's progress.
Very unfortunately this wee Henkel's leaf-tailed gecko had passed away. 
May this patient rest in paradise . . . . . .
