If you can catch the edge of the skin with your fingernail you may be able to get it out that way. You can try a wet cue tip using a combination of trying to wash it out with a water drop and push it out. Some people use tweezers but that makes me very nervous so near the eye.

Thanks!
I've tried those before, but everyday I look at his eye and everyday I get a new little piece of skin out...
There is so much skin in his eye

If it's that bad (you said this has been going on for a "long time"), it should see a vet. A very good reptile vet.

How do you get skin out of a leopard gecko's eye?

We can't afford to take him to a vet. :(
So I need to try to help him at home.

Please check post #4 following my Leo Caresheet linked below for multiple methods to help a leo with stuck shed.

Have you a humid hide 24/7 on the warm end of the tank?

Get some normal saline solution and a squeeze bottle like the contact lens insertion formula, NOT the cleaning solution. Try soaking a sterile piece of gauze in that solution and gently holding it on the eye.

Please post all your questions regarding your leo on one thread. Much appreciated......
