I recently came across this website when I needed a herp vet for our gecko. I know many people when told they need a vet for their geckos say "I can't find one", I've seen it many many posts here. :?

Well here's a website that has a list of herp vets by states and countries.
Herp Veterinarians

Elizabeth, if you see this, this might be a great thing to add to the care sheet. ;)

Thanks for posting! I haven't needed to take my little Reggie to the vet (thank goodness) but I have been looking for one for a while. I was looking on Yelp, and sooooo many of them have negative reviews.

If you ever come across a list of Reptile Pet Sitters, please post that, too :)

:yahoo:

Always a good idea to have an experienced exotics veterinarian who works with leos in your back pocket before the need arises.

I shall! Don't think there's too many. I work for a pet sitting company and we do reptile pet sitting, but that's just in my area. There needs to be more world wide! :)

Done, Melissa. :) Scroll down a bit right before the Basic Guidelines at the beginning.

Muffins - you don't happen to be in southern California, by chance...? I'm going to need someone to watch my Reggie in the spring for 2 weeks, and I'm having a very hard time finding a service for reptiles!

I'm in Northern California! Try actual herp vets, some can board them and take care of your herps for you.

And whys that? Because it's an unproven list, correct?

Just thought this could possibly help ChiTea in their request.

:) Nice!

Not sure whether I can include this.

No doubt this link can be helpful to folks in the USA and Canada including ChiTea. :) Good enough. I just added it right after the vet links.
