I don't know why, but it seems we are all mostly posting photos of our Eurydactylodes females. :)

Here are a few recent photos of my bigger E. vieillardi male.
Very colorful fellow.

Yes, females are "huge". And they also seem to grow faster than males (which are more colorful though).
At one time all the young ones were the same size, a short time later all females were more than twice as big as males.
I was kind of already wondering why my vieillardi males aren't growing at all, when suddenly one had a grow spurt and grew nicely like females did some months ago.
(They are still almost twice the male size.)
I think my second, smaller male just started gaining in size as well.

Females were kept singly. They have already laid some infertile eggs this summer, but they still seemed a bit too small to breed. Males were even smaller.
At the end of summer, when one male suddenly got bigger, I decided to put him with the females and I think I have two good eggs incubating at the moment. We'll see.

Can any one tell me the difference between viellardi and agricolae? I understand there is a scalation difference, can you describe this or point me to the proper reference?

Thanks
