The green on the head near the eyes is the eyeballs seen through the skin. The gecko is still too young to tell what it is but I would assume a normal or a high yellow.

"Het" is short for "heterozygous" which means "different genes" (more or less, someone can feel free to make a more exact translation). In genetics it's used to indicate that a gecko has genes for 2 different characteristics but only displays one of them, the dominant one. For our purposes, it means that a gecko has a gene for a certain characteristic but you can't tell by looking at it. A normal gecko who has an albino parent will have a gene for albino but it will not show in the gecko. We say the the gecko is "het for albino". If that gecko is bred with an albino gecko, some of the babies, the ones who get an albino gene from both parents, will look albino (because it will have 2 copies of the albino gene) and the babies that don't look albino will be considered "het for albino" ( because they have 1 copy of the gene which they can pass to their offspring).

I hope that helps.

Does normal Leopard Geckos develop some small dots of dark yellow/Orange near their tails ? He molted again a couple of days ago ( 2 days i think ) and i see that he is getting darker.
Heres a pic , But we do not clearly see the small Orange dots he is developping exept for the tail wich we can see small dots.

As he gets older you'll see even more changes. Right now, he looks like he may turn into a hypo. If his orange gets bigger with no spotting in the orange, he'll be a carrot tail.

Only time will tell. =]

oh , I tought it was Molting :p Like my crabs does. They shed their entire body and get soft like jello before getting hard again. But yeah , Its not the same thing. Geckos just shed their skin , Not their entire body :p It would be horrible. A gecko on all flesh until he grow a new skin :p

Yes, it's VERY common for normals/high yellows to have orange at the base of their tail.
It's a very small amount, but it's common.

A lot of my hatchlings have bits of orange on their tails. I have one I just sold that has orange in the corners of his eyes.

You can see it in this picture of him. And I KNOW my hatchlings are nothing but normal/high yellow.
