My leopard geckos tail doesn't seem to get more fat is this ok

I dust crickets with repti calcium I do not know how old he is I had him for about a month

How often do you feed him? Are you using Repti-Calcium with D3 or without?
You also need a MultiVitamin as well. Consider getting Reptivite with D3 and dust with that once a week and then use the Repti-Calcium with D3 once a week.
You need to provide a little more information here.

Also, what are the temperatures on the cool side and warm side, and how are you measuring those temps.

Warm side is about 85-90 cool side 75-89

Your cool side temperatures are much too hot. Please take a look at the Leopard Gecko Care Sheet I have linked.

You want to aim between: 70-75 air temperature on the cool side.
80-85 air temperature on the warm side.
88-93 ground temperature on the warm side.

75-89 is quite a big difference. 75 on the cool side is ok, but into the 80's would be very uncomfortable and likely cause dehydration. Did you mean 75-79 by any chance?
Also, are those ground temps or air temps. How are they being measured.

It is important that the ground temps are measured with a digital probe type thermometer or an infrared temperature gun. Temperature plays an important role in metabolism of food as well as many other aspects of a leopard geckos well-being. Without knowing the age of the Leo, or seeing pictures, there is not much advise I can give other than referring you to care sheets.

1) Pictures of your leo and his habitat
2) Type and brand of thermometers you use? Accurate temperature measurement is one key to raising a healthy leopard gecko.
3) Size of cage
4) Frequency of dusting with Zoo Med's Repti-Calcium with D3?
5) Any calcium kept in the tank?
