Leos using rodent wheels?!

So I don't usually come on here unless I have any concerns about my gecko, but I had to share this because I thought it was hilarious...

I was researching hamster wheels because I'm looking to get a different type for my fuzzy critters. One guy on a product review said that he bought one for his leopard gecko and that it actually walks on it! Now I don't plan on doing this, but I'm just curious if this is actually a thing? Has anyone else heard of leos using them?

The flat wheels *MAY* work and since it's not rounded in a way that would bend their spines unnaturally. I can't see traditional wheels being safe in the least, much less a gecko actually walking on one.

Like I said, I don't plan on trying it. I do agree that it could be dangerous and that their tails or feet could get caught. I just thought it was strange and wondering if anyone else had seen such a thing. No worries though, my leo wont be getting a hamster wheel haha.

Elizabeth Freer: i think leopard gecko caresheets for 2015 should be updated with this, NEVER use hamster(rodent) wheels..
I'm starting to see and read a trend of new keepers getting the idea of using one.
