Help for supplements

Hello, so I've been researching so much about this and it seems like all the caresheets and people are saying different things, so I am extremely confused.

I have 2 three to four months old leopard geckos, how should I dust their food?

I have zoo med calcium with D3, herptivite multivitamin, and last repashy calcium plus.

Thank you

There are different opinions because people do it different ways. I have found that the Repashy calcium plus is the all-in-one. If you dust with that every other feeding you should be fine. In general there is no need to also keep any in the enclosure. I only keep calcium (without D3) in the enclosure for my very young hatchlings. Another protocol would be to alternate the Zoomed calcium with D3 and the multi vitamin every other feeding.

Since they are 3/4 months old, I am pretty sure I should feed them everyday as both of their appetite is pretty good actually. So should I still use Repashy every other feeding? would you recommend putting Repashy or Zoomed Calcium with D3 in the enclosure so they can eat it by themselves? Thank you so much for your advices

Depend upon Repashy's Calcium Plus at 3 feedings per week + add plain calcium carbonate at a 4th feeding per week. Like this:
  • Monday - Repashy's Calcium Plus + food
  • Tuesday - no dusting - food
  • Wednesday - Repashy's Calcium Plus + food
  • Thursday - no dusting - food
  • Friday - Repashy's Calcium Plus + food
  • Saturday - pure plain calcium carbonate + food
  • Sunday - no dusting - feed if your leos are hungry
Zoo Med's Repti Calcium with D3 is excellent, but you only want 1 supplement containing vitamin D3.

Rep-Cal's Herptivite is incomplete. It's missing vitamin B12, vitamin A acetate, and vitamin D3.

The only supplement to maybe keep in the enclosure is pure (no D3) calcium carbonate -- for juvies only. When one leaves ANY supplement in the enclosure, there is always a chance of overdosing on that supplement. :(
