Hello again!
Right now my leopard gecko is in a 20 gallon long set up with paper towels, 3 fake naturalistic hides, 2 water dishes and 2 plants she can climb around/hide in. I want to make her cage a lot more interesting and enriching for her though!
I’m still researching loose substrate (it scares me quite a bit still!) but I think it is great for leopard geckos to explore and dig in, I also think it would be softer on her feet. She is still a juvenile so I would wait until she’s full grown if I did decide to go that route (A bioactive enclosure with cleanup crew is my overall goal).
As for now, I’m wondering what items could help enrich her? I’m thinking about some natural cork bark or a second level but I’m just not really sure.
Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you
